What is the best trucking school that will give you your CDL training free of charge and will allow you to be able at least every weekend?

You can try Swift. Everyone talks crap about them, but they will put you through training, get you your CDL and if you stay a year, tuition is paid, stay 2 years you get it all back so in a sense it's free.
