What is quitting under load, if you have no load ? 
Company asked if i wanted to go p/u load . I said that i am fueling here at yard and parking truck , because I am quitting.They said I am quitting under load .I am no where close to a load.

they dont care cause they had a load for you. It's their blackmail to make you their slave or they will trash your da.c. report and screw you! Welcome to the trucking industry.....get some lube at the nearest truck stop!

Most companies require a 2 weeks notice if you plan to quit. Loads are sometimes booked in advance, so technically...yes you quit under dispatch.
